Create Account
Please create an account to begin the application process. Each property must be registered
separately. The same email address and the same password may be used, but
the property name must be unique.
User Name Please enter an email address. This will be the point of contact for all online submission related correspondence from the Agency
Property Name Valid Property consists of 3 to 30 characters allowed(letters and numbers only - no special characters such as @, &, !, ect.). Please make a note of the property name since there is no “lookup” function for this field.
Password Valid Password consists of 5-10 characters (must contain at least one digit)
